Our Apex Purchase product leverages digital billboard and store locations to help our advertiser customers (our “Customers”) better advertise to individuals (“Consumers”) based on shopper affinities (collectively, the “Services”).

Security and Retention

We generally retain Consumer personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Services to our business customers, or for two (years). With regards to information collected from Customer inquiries that do not result in a subscription to our communications or associated Services, we will delete this information after one (1) year. We may also retain personal information if required by law such as abuse detection and prevention, and defending ourselves from legal claims. Residual copies of personal data may be stored in backup systems for a limited period as a security measure to protect against data loss. Texas Data Broker Disclosure
The entity maintaining this website is a data broker under Texas law. To conduct business in Texas, a data broker must register with the Texas Secretary of State (Texas SOS). Information about data broker registrants is available on the Texas SOS website.
Children’s Privacy
